What is Oportunly?
Oportunly is an internship outreach platform for students. Find people at your target companies, prepare personal messages from your CV, and follow up from your own email and LinkedIn accounts.
Oportunly is software for managing your own outreach, not a job board or a placement agency. An employer decides whether to reply, interview or hire. Access is currently by invitation; joining the waitlist does not automatically create a product account.
Why Oportunly exists
We built Oportunly after years of applying through portals and hearing nothing back. Hundreds of applications, weeks of silence, form rejections written by nobody. The lesson took too long to learn: a screening filter decides before a human reads you, and the students who land interviews are usually the ones who wrote directly to the people who hire.
So we turned that motion into a product. You tell Oportunly the sectors and cities you want. It finds the right people at those companies (recruiters, team leads, alumni from your university), verifies their email, writes a short personal message from your CV, and sends it from your own Gmail or Outlook and your own LinkedIn. It follows up politely if nobody answers. Replies land in your inbox, and every one of them is a contact you keep.
What we believe
Low volume beats spray and pray. One well written message to one person, with a real reason for writing, is how professionals have always found work. Students deserve the same motion without needing a warm network to start from. That is also why everything sends from your own accounts: the relationships belong to you, never to us.
Where we are
Oportunly is built for students across Europe. The company behind it is Solaia Technologies, LLC, formed in Delaware, with its business address at 6007 North Dakota Avenue Northwest, Washington, DC 20011, United States. The product is in its founding cohort, shaped weekly by the students using it.
